Millionaire Pie

Let's Make!! Yummy!! Delicious!!

Ingredients :

• ½  cup · Sugar
• 1  9-inch pastry shell
• 1  cup   · Chopped pecans
• 1  cup   · Grated coconut
• 8  oz     · Cream cheese, softened
• 8  oz     · Carton of whipped topping, thawed
• 8  oz     · Can of crushed pineapple, undrained

Method / How to Make :  

• Cream together the softened cream cheese & sugar
• Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes
• Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut & pecans. Mix well.
• Carefully fold in half the whipped topping until well blended.
• Pile filling in crust & chill for 2 hours.
• Before serving add remaining whipped topping a garnish with a sprinkling of pecan.
